We've all heard the two dreaded words when your children come home from school. Does the phrase, "I'm Hungry!" sound familiar? I often wonder just how filling school lunches are and I send a snack with my younger child daily! Then again, this could very well just be a habit since they seem satisfied after enjoying a small snack.
